dCAP - Digium Certified Asterisk Professional

The dCAP targets experienced Asterisk professionals. Candidates are expected to possess real-world experience (typically a minimum of 3-24 months), in-depth knowledge of Linux (basic administration, manipulating files and modifying configuration files) and Asterisk experience (installation, Asterisk dialplan format and syntax, connecting to remote sessions, use of basic CLI commands, and registration of VoIP devices). Other recommended skills include basic programming and scripting languages (Perl, Bash, PHP, for example) and an understanding of VoIP protocols.
dCAA - Digium Certified Asterisk Administrator
